Located within the CMC University campus, the URTC Linear Accelerator is a new 11,500 sf facility that provides prostate cancer treatment. The project consisted of the building expansion, drop-off area, adjacent parking, and glass garden. The glass garden provides an interest of color using patterns of colored glass to the adjacent waiting area. Lack of shade and air circulation, as well as other issues from the building expansion inhibited the use of plantings.

Construction completed in Spring of 2014. Bloc Design provided both landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the project.
