Bloc Design provided landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the second phase development of Gold Hill Tradition. The development included two retail buildings with an outdoor seating area and terrace for future restaurant and wine bar tenants. The project consisted of challenging existing utility and topography issues that were overcome through creative design and engineering, without sacrificing the quality of the development.
