Landscape Architect Project Manager with 8+ years experience:
A Project Manager Landscape Architect is a direct report of the Managing Partners, Practice Area Leaders, and/or various Project Managers. They are responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating the functional authority for all aspects of the project throughout the life of the project. They are responsible for the project’s success and profitability, as well as ensuring all work is performed per the approved company standards and expectation of service to the clients. Experience and abilities should include the following:

Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or related degree

Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in landscape architecture, design, and oversight of multiple projects including contract preparation, full standard project phases from schematic to construction administration, and significant supervisory experience by a reputable and qualitied manager or managers.

Must possess high level of knowledge and applicability of fundamentals of civil engineering, particularly stormwater management.

Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and applicable related production software.

Registration in the state of North Carolina or South Carolina (or in process for reciprocity)
Landscape Architect with 5+ years experience (LA 3):
A Landscape Architect Level 3 is a direct report of the Managing Partners, Practice Area Leaders, and/or various Project Managers. They are responsible for providing a high level of design, master planning, and production within a project. They are responsible for their production and in some cases oversee the work of other associates, ensuring all work is performed per the approved company standards and expectation of service to the clients. Experience and abilities should include the following:

Bachelors degree in Landscape Architect or related field

Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, design, and oversight of multiple projects including production of project phases from master planning, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.

Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, LandFX, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and applicable landscape architecture related software

Licensure of North Carolina or South Carolina is preferred but not required
Landscape Architect with 3+ years experience (LA 2):
A Landscape Architect Level 2 is a direct report of the Managing Partners, Practice Area Leaders, and/or various Project Managers. They are responsible for providing significant production support with a minor capacity for some design and planning. They are primarily responsible for project production, ensuring all work is performed per the approved company standards and expectation of service to the client. Experience and abilities should include the following:

Bachelors degree in Landscape Architect or related field

Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, design, and oversight of multiple projects including production of project phases from master planning, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.

Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, LandFX, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and applicable landscape architecture related software

Possess basic/limited knowledge of landscape design with applicable plant knowledge utilizing regional material
Landscape Architect with 1+ years experience (LA 1):
A Landscape Architect Level 1 is a direct report of the Managing Partners, Practice Area Leaders, Assistant Project Manager and/or Senior Project Managers. They are responsible for providing significant production support with a minor capacity for some design and planning. They are primarily responsible for project production, ensuring all work is performed per the approved company standards and expectation of service to the client. Experience and abilities should include the following:

Bachelors degree in Landscape Architect or related field

Moderate to Beginner knowledge of AutoCAD, LandFX, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and applicable landscape architecture related software

Possess basic/limited knowledge of landscape design with applicable plant knowledge utilizing regional material
