Bloc Design provided landscape architecture services for the 8,000 sf rooftop terrace garden on the 25th floor of the new high rise building located at 300 S. Tryon Street in Charlotte.  The design was challenging due to the narrow widths, as well as having to accommodate removable window washing apertures along the windscreens.  The space includes custom design aluminum planters, some with custom built-in path lighting and bench seating, custom made hand-crafted concrete pavers, custom drains along the sloped building face, and an elevated wooden platform.

The space provides beautiful panoramic views towards South End and overlooks BB&T Stadium.
